We do not ask for payment information on this website. Bookings, payments, and pet records are handled inside our Pet Parent Portal, which is operated by a third-party scheduling provider.

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, schedule services, and keep a record of our communication. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Transactional emails (like a confirmation that we received your message) include a one-click unsubscribe link. If you unsubscribe, we add your address to a suppression list and stop sending automated emails to it.

Contact form submissions are stored in our managed backend and are only accessible to the The Dapper Dog team. We rely on trusted hosting and database providers to operate this site; they process data on our behalf and do not use it for their own purposes.

Traffic to this site is served over HTTPS. Our database enforces row-level access controls so that contact submissions are not publicly readable. We keep service-role credentials server-side only and never expose them to your browser.

No online service can guarantee perfect security, but we work to use sensible defaults and review our configuration regularly.

This site uses only the cookies necessary for the website to function. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
